ORDERS and SHIPPING:   Q & A

Q:  How soon will my order be processed?
A:  Your order will be processed in order received.  Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours or even less.

Q:  How soon will my order be shipped?
A:  That will depend on availability.  If all items are in stock  your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours.  If we do not have all items in stock the order will be sent to our warehouse the next day to process.  If the order can not be completed  from our warehouse then it will be sent to one of our distributors for shipping. 

Q:  How will my order be packaged?
A:   The packaging and shipping will be very discreet.  We only use Abbreviated names on return address.  The shipping invoice from His & Hers will be included inside the package.

Q:  What about out of stock items.
A:  If an item in your order is out of stock and can not be shipped with the rest of your order then that item will be canceled and you will not be charged for that item.  You may re-order the item within a few days.  Most out of stock items are restocked within one to two weeks.  You may check with us at anytime to see if an item is in stock.  You can give us a call or email us and we will gladly check our database to see if an  item is in stock.

Q:  What about security?  Is my credit card information secure.
A:  Yes, your credit card information is secure. We use ASPEncrypt for sensitive information encryption.

Q:  What about my personal information?  Is it shared with anyone?
A:  No, we do not sell, trade or share your personal information with anyone.  We do need your correct email address for verification and to contact you if there is any question about your order.  So please provide correct email and credit card information when ordering. 

Q: What about return on defective or unwanted products?

A: The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We pay outgoing shipping only. Please contact us via email at sales@adulttoyweb.com to obtain a RMA# prior to return. Please include your order number and product name and item number along with your name in the email. Any product shipped to us without a RMA# will be returned to the customer at the customers expense.

Q:  What if I change my mind about an order after the order is already been placed.
A:  If we receive notification via phone or email in time to stop the order, you will not be charged.  If however the order has already gone to the warehouse or has been shipped,  you must refuse delivery of the shipment.  In this case you will be charged for the shipping plus a 15% restocking fee.

Q:  How will the charges show up on my credit card billing statement.
A:  The billing statement will reflect the charges from Jedko Inc.

  • Standard shipping includes ground service delivery using UPS or USPS.

  • Premium shipping includes USPS Priority Service or UPS 3 day select.

  • Overnight and 2 day service available at customer expense provided all items in stock. (An additional charge may be incurred on heaver items. This charge will appear separately on your credit card.)

  • International orders will incur an additional charge of 10.00 per order.

  • P. O. Box and military (FPO & APO) addresses will be shipped via  US Mail (address - same as sending a letter)

  • All back orders are canceled and must be reordered.

UPS and the Postal Service ask us to inform customers that we cannot guarantee Christmas delivery or any other holiday. However, following our shipping suggestions can increase your chances.

Shipping Tips / Shipping Time...When to expect your order.

  • Most orders ship within one to two business days out of our warehouse. UPS does not ship on weekends so please keep that in mind if when ordering during later part of the week.

  • All orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico will be shipped via United States Postal Service a small additional charge will be added to shipping to these areas. The correct charge will show up on the check out from.

International Orders


Credit Cards or Bank Wires are required on all International Purchases.  We verify the authenticity of all card holders and you will be asked to supply the name of the bank that issued your credit card and their phone number along with the security code on the back of the credit card. Processing of international orders will not begin until verification is made.  In some cases orders may be held up to 15 days while information is verified.  Prices are given in U.S. Dollars and will be converted to your currency by your local bank or credit card company.  Currency conversion can be found Here!  International orders are shipped by Global Priority Mail which usually arrives within 5 - 7 business days.  Countries that do not have Global Priority Mail and orders are shipped via Airmail will arrive in the destination country within 1-2 weeks after being shipped, but please allow up to 30 days. The U.S. Postal Service delivers packages to the nearest customs processing center in the destination country. Depending on the efficiency of the customs processing center, packages may be delayed while waiting to be cleared. Express Global Priority [ 2-3 day delivery ] is available for an additional charge.  Over-night delivery is available with Federal Express or DHL.  For Overnight Delivery of International Orders you must contact us by phone or email.   Some merchandise, because of it's overweight status may require additional shipping charges.  Any customs charges that may occur are the responsibility of the customer and we have no control over any fee's customs might charge you. You are responsible for knowing the laws of your country.  Please be certain that the products you order are legal in your country before placing your order.  Any packages that are rejected by customs will be abandoned and no credit can be issued.   We have no control on how many days "customs" in your country might hold the package for inspection. We do not process orders for delivery of items to countries embargoed by the U.S. Government. The following countries currently have trade restrictions: Afghanistan, Cuba, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Libya and North Korea.   We do not accept orders to the nations of: Singapore, Indonesia, Russia and Turkey due to excessive fraud.
