| If you need to return a product,
please first email us at
sales@hisandhersonline.com before you send the product
back to us. We will need to issue a return code before the
product is mailed back. If you need to request
a return code, please supply us with your ordering number
in your email to help us process your request. Customer
is responsible for shipping charges on returned items. You
can always give us a call at 910-868-6404.
For orders or items refused or returned
unopened there will be a 15% restocking fee. Also
shipping will be deducted from amount of refund.
Due to the nature of personal products we
can not accept any returns products that have been used.
Some manufactures will warranty their products. Please contact
us for information on original manufacture information.
We do not pay inbound shipping
on returns.
